The first and most significant project undertaken by Paramount Land in township development is Gading Serpong township. Gading Serpong is an urban township located just outside Indonesia's capital city, Jakarta. It is set in a green environment with an abundance of natural lakes. The township is strategically located, being connected to the Jakarta-Merak toll road and in close proximity to the country's primary airport, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Additionally, it is easily accessible from Serang, Cilegon, and the Anyer tourist spot.
The strategic location of Gading Serpong is also a result of its proximity to other modern suburban areas. Paramount Land brings together expertise in urban planning, project and construction management, town management, property management, dedicated human capital, and carefully selected suppliers to bring this township to life.

Assessment
Generally, our Assessment takes about 2 weeks, from Online Registration all the way to the sending of Offering Letter.
You will be asked to fill in your application data
We will screen applications that we receive based on our current needs.
After your CV has been screened and passed, you will go through an interview with HC and users
After Interview, you will require a technical test specific to your role, to confirm that your skills aren’t just CV decorations.
Based on each of the preceding steps, we will conclude our decision and send out your Results, whether to Offer or to Reject, soon after the User Interview.
After all the Assessmentes are complete, you are declared part of the Paramount team and family
