Job Responsibilities
- Implement the master schedule for building project work, including realization of project development stages.
- Create a schedule (including time, supervision locations, and the number of buildings being supervised).
- Guide the construction foreman to oversee the building project according to design drawings and material specifications, referencing the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) as per the contract.
- Direct contractors and subcontractors to work following the design drawings and material specifications.
- Ensure that the work is carried out according to the established procedures and work stages.

- Major in Civil Engineering
- Location Kabupaten Tangerang
- 25 - 35 years
- Min experience 5 year(s)
- Soft skills: Communication, Teamwork, Resourcefulness
- Hard skills:
- Experience in supervising the implementation of landed housing/commercial construction at property developer.
- Knowledgeable about S-curves, structural aspects, and the installation of granite/marble.
