Job Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Manage and organize security-related documents, reports, and data.
  2. Coordinate communication between the security team, management, and external parties.
  3. Assist in scheduling, filing, and report generation to support operational efficiency.
  4. Oversee budget tracking and procurement for security needs.
  5. Prepare regular reports and analyze data for management insights.
  6. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements through proper documentation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records and ensure accessibility of critical security information.
  2. Facilitate timely and clear communication within the security dept and with external stakeholders.
  3. Support the smooth functioning of security operations by handling administrative tasks.
  4. Monitor expenditures and assist in the procurement process to stay within budget.
  5. Provide detailed reports and analyses to improve security operations.
  6. Uphold compliance by ensuring all administrative procedures align with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor's degree in administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a security or operations environment.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software for data management and reporting.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  5. Basic understanding of budgeting, procurement processes, and financial tracking.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  7. Ability to manage and prioritize information flow effectively.
  8. Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  9. High level of integrity and professionalism, particularly in handling sensitive information.
  10. Personal Attributes: Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
  11. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
