- Soft skill: Komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan
- Hard skill: good understanding in Food Safety and especially HACCP
- Good understanding in hotel facility standards, hotel quality management, hotel building safety & security standard and also hospitality services & grooming
- Certified in the hospitality field.
