Job Responsibilities
- Perform cost calculation for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work, including volume and unit price, based on specifications from the planning department.
- Identify and select qualified vendors for the tender process related to upcoming projects.
- Conduct clarification meetings on specifications, scope of work, pricing, and volume discrepancies between the vendor’s calculations and the company’s estimates.
- Prepare tender award letters for the selected contractors.
- Conduct price comparisons through the tender process to select the best contractor with competitive pricing.
- Prepare the owner’s estimate for the project (if not utilizing the services of a QS consultant).

- Major in Mechanical Engineering
- Location Kab. Tangerang
- 25 - 35 years
- Min experience 4 year(s)
- Hard skills: AUTOCAD
- Has experience as a QS (Quantity Surveyor) for MEP in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in reading MEP drawings, understanding MEP installation systems, and knowledgeable in materials and cost calculation ratios for MEP work.
- Placement: Paramount Petals, Tangerang Area.
