Job Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Digital Performance Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other strategic platforms to drive property sales and brand awareness. This role requires strong analytical skills, budget management expertise, and close collaboration with sales and corporate digital teams to ensure marketing objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other strategic platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across platforms.
  • Track campaign spending and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide regular financial reports and performance insights to stakeholders.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track ROI and other key metrics.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with the corporate digital team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign updates, results, and strategies to internal stakeholders.

Market Trends & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify new advertising opportunities and recommend innovative strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation and Conversion Rates
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Campaign Performance Metrics (CTR, CPC, etc.)
  • Budget Adherence and Efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with the property/real estate industry is a plus.
