Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Development: develop and implement short- and long-term retail business strategies to maximize revenue and asset value. Design tenant mix concepts aligned with project positioning and target markets. Conduct market research, mall and retail trends analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
- Leasing & Tenant Management : lead negotiations with prospective tenants, including Letter of Intent (LOI) and lease agreements. Drive tenant acquisition efforts to achieve optimal occupancy levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, retailers, and anchor tenants.
- Operations & Performance Management : oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring service excellence, facility maintenance, and security standards are met. Monitor key retail KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue per sqm, footfall, and tenant sales performance. Prepare and manage annual budgets, revenue projections, and cost control measures.
- Marketing & Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional programs, events, and campaigns to drive traffic and tenant sales. Develop brand positioning strategies for retail spaces.
- Stakeholder Management : coordinate with project, design, and construction teams on retail facility development. Maintain effective communication with brand owners, investors, local authorities, and third-party partner

- 40 - 45 years
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail/property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leasing, tenant relations, and retail operations for shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or commercial real estate.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
- Advanced analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong leadership with a results-driven mindset
