Job Responsibilities
- Create an overall project budget based on: broad, general function, and class structure agreed upon by the management.
- Make strategies for tender packaging.
- Implement tenders from scratch until the bidding process, as well as the completeness of the contract documents.
- Coordinate and ensure contract documents are made correctly and on schedule.
- Monitor progress and make the overall process required so that the Contractors have no issue with the payment process.
- Perform calculations required less added to the final account produced at each work package.
- Monitor and provide the realization of the budget.
Compulsory Requirement
- S1
- Major in Civil Engineering
- Location Kabupaten Tangerang
- 25 - 41 years
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (reputable universities are preferred).
- At least 5 years of working experience in related fields, preferably from a QS Consultant or Property Developer (Landed House or Commercial) background.
- Experience in handling anchor tenants would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in and manage a large team.
- Able to coordinate with people of all levels.
- Careful, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, and proactive.
- Work location: Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
