• Coordinate and control technical documents for tendering and construction, including working drawings and specifications.

• Plan innovative engineering design concepts for buildings and infrastructure, on a macro and micro scale.

• Coordinate the preparation of supporting documents, including TOR for working drawings, soil investigations, and topographic data, to produce accurate working drawings that reflect field conditions.

• Strategically plan and allocate budgets for engineering design and working drawings of architectural, structural, and infrastructure projects.

• Provide technical support to other divisions, through site visits and engineering design consultations

• Ensure that shop drawings, material approvals, and work methods proposed by the Project Management team or contractors meet required standards.
